Our cleaners are typically available from 7am to 6pm, 7 days a week for domestic work.

What Areas do Perth Prestige Group Services Cover?
Our cleaners are available to service most suburbs in the Perth metropolitan area. We are also happy to discuss arrangements with those clients who live a little further away from the city. (Subject to staff availability.)
Are Perth Prestige Group Staff Police Checked and Insured?
Perth Prestige Group ensures all of our cleaners have thorough reference checks, undergo a police clearance and are insured.
Who Provides the Cleaning Equipment and Products?
We ask our domestic clients to provide all of the cleaning equipment that the cleaners will need (including consumables), this way you get to dictate the exact equipment and products that you want to be used in your house.

How Does the Perth Prestige Voucher (Payment) System Work?
The Prestige Voucher system is explained in the 'Services' section of our website, however, do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone if you require a more detailed explanation of our payment system.
How much does Perth Prestige cleaning cost?
Most Perth Prestige domestic clients, who utilise a cleaner on a regular basis, are paying $44.00 per hour for the service.
How Can I Pay for My Perth Prestige Vouchers?
We accept payment via credit card (select the PayPal option, which will take you to a secure gateway for payment), direct credit (EFT), or PayPal.

How Do I Receive My Prestige Vouchers?
Once payment is received, your Prestige Vouchers are posted to you and are ready for use.
