Continual communication with our personnel and our clients is vital and we, at Perth Prestige Group, ensure that ongoing feedback is maintained at all times. We endeavour to follow up with our clients on a regular basis (not just after the first service) in order to make sure you continue to be satisfied with the service being provided by your cleaner or cleaning team. Should your requirements & expectations change or not be met at any stage, we ask that you notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
